If you would like to start your career being dual licensed, we recommend getting your Oregon license first. Washington has reciprocity with Oregon, meaning you will not have to complete Washington coursework nor take the national portion of the real estate exam again if you first get your Oregon license. You will only need to pass the Washington state portion of the exam. If you get your Washington license first, you will need to purchase and complete Oregon coursework and pass both the state and national portions of the real estate exam.
